A meeting was organized on 17th August 2017 under the management of Founder Mr.Amrita Das, 15 Katakhali villagers attended the meeting & Susangati Society was established at Kantakhali with the support of 7 members through 1st meeting. Yes, Susangati was established as a Society! Which will stand by the common people in danger and selflessly work for the society. After about 2 years of participating in some small activities for the society, we are ovserbe the membrs enthusiasm and activity among the was decrease. Because, all our members are busy for self employment. At the same time, in these two years the biggest suffering in the society was noticed by Susangati society, what is it? That is unemployment. "Work is Worship", no young person would want to learn the work of social harmony. Therefore, only a unemployees problems free socity t will be able to provide progress to the country and society on the path of development. Therefore, on 21st February 2020, it was decided to convert Susangati Society into Susangati Finance Company.
Appx. 2 years of efforts after taken the decision to registration as Financial Companay, Finally on 1 December 2021, Susangati Society became Susangati Nidhi Limited Company after getting recognized by the Government of India. Mr. Amrita Das, Founder and Smt. Kakali Das Biswas,Managing Director many sacrifice for register the company is always memorable and honorable for our cojmpany. This company was firstly headed by Smt.. Kakali Das Biswas, Mr. Ujjal Sarkar and Smt. Dulali Das. The seven members of the Company's first ever Portlon Purchase are Mr. Amrita Das, Smt.. Kakali Das Biswas, Mr. Ujjal Sarkar, Smt. Dulali Das, Mr. Ramen Sikdar, Ms. Rimpa Pal and Mr. Anish Das. 620 of the Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013), the company is also able to provide opportunities for members only.
